The department of Botany organizes Field excursion to Eco Park Trail and Kaudia Range for the conservation of plants and knowledge regarding the vegetation of that area in 2019.

In the same year the department also organizes field tour for M.Sc. Botany students to explore and collect the plant diversity of Benog wildlife sanctuary which enhance the knowledge of the students and helps them to know about how plants can survive in natural way.
