Shri Guru Ram Rai University provides best teaching and learning experience in the lush green campus, which is wide spread in the area of over 82.5 acres of land with approx. 230886 sq. m built up area. SGRRU is located in the main city of Dehradun and has proven itself in the field of education since decades. The university believes in technology aided classrooms, laboratories and facilities to help students reach their full potential. More than 8500 students have shown their trust in our organizations and are admitted to various professional courses at their bachelor’s, master’s degrees, PG diploma and Ph.D programs. SGRRU is recognized by statutory bodies like UGC, NMCI, NCI and PCI.
The Multi & super specialty hospital of Shri Guru Ram Rai University “Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital” is NABH accredited. The facilities are world class with multi & super specialty departments that are committed to serve the mankind by providing healthcare facilities. SGRRU is also furnished with modern facilities like ICT enabled classrooms, language labs, seminar halls, auditoriums, computer centers and well-established placement cell, Incubation & Innovation cell etc.
BANKING FACILITIES
The modern banking facility is another testimony to our State-of-the-art infrastructure. In addition to campus houses two banks, namely, State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank with three ATMs (2 SBI, 1 PNB) at prominent locations.
RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES
The university provides residential facilities for faculty and staff members as per availability. University has 46 (3-BHK) and 34 (2-BHK) flats for teaching staff members. In the same way University has 45 (1-BHK) flats for non- teaching staff, 40 (1-BHK) flats for senior residents and 18 (1-BHK) flats for Residents families staying in the university campuses.

The University Campus has plentiful parking space for students, staffs and visitors.
CANTEEN FACILITY
The university is providing subsidized canteen facility to the students as well as teching and non-teaching staff members. It has air conditioned, spacious & properly maintained hall as well as hygienically operated kitchen/cooking area. The University also has refreshment Centers where student and staff can enjoy their meals/tea/snacks. Moreover, in hospital, canteen/food counters are available to cater the needs of patients & visitors.
CHARAK AYURVEDA WELLNESS CENTER
In the green abode of nature soothing the soul, conducive environment to rejuvenate and reinvigorate the mind and body, the university is running Charak Ayurveda wellness centre. In this centre, a holistic treatment is provided under the guidance of trained and experienced therapists.
