Students of School of Agricultural Sciences visited Seed Processing Unit of Uttarakhand Seeds and Tarari Development Corporation Limited and Krishi Vigyan Kendra ( GBPUAT, Pantnagar) Haridwar for industrial exposure.

During visit, students observed the importance of quality control in seed processing and also learned about the different processing steps involved in seed production.

The visit to the Seed processing unit and KVK was an enriching experience for students. During Visit Programme Coordinator , KVK, Dr Purushottam Kumar and Seed Production Officer , Mr.Atul Gupta interacted with students. Students were accompanied with Dr JP Singh, Dr.Moinuddin, Dr.Girish, Dr.Kalpana and Dr Ateeq.
