Dr. Richa Saxena is working as an assistant professor in Department of Physics, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun. She has received her Ph.D. in Material Science from H N B Garhwal University. Her area of research is Material Science with particular emphases on Ultrasonic studies, discrete wavelet transformation. She has received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics from H N B Garhwal University, Srinagar. She has 12 years of teaching experience. She has published more than 20 research papers in reputed Scopus index and web of Science journals. She has presented various papers in National and International journals. She has published ten patents. She has published five book chapters in Elsevier and other publication. Her teaching experience include nuclear and particle Physics, Atomic and Molecular spectroscopy, Laser Physics, Classical Mechanics and Geometrical optics.
