A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Sri Guru Ram Rai University and The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) FLO Uttarakhand Chapter under the aegis of School of Agricultural Sciences on 18th October 2022.

On this occasion the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr. U.S. Rawat said that through this MOU, women's participation in the agriculture sector will be ensured under the guidance of subject experts. Apart from this, the facility of organizing workshops, seminars, conferences will also be provided by FICCI Uttarakhand Chapter.

On behalf of Sri Guru Ram Rai University Registrar, Professor Dr. Deepak Sahni and on behalf of The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) FLO Uttarakhand Chapter, Chairperson Dr. Neha Sharma signed the MOU.

This agreement includes cooperation in joint projects for digital literacy, gender equality, women's health and education for women's empowerment. During this, Professor Dr. Priyanka Bankoti, Dean School of Agricultural Science ,University Coordinator Dr.Malvika Kandpal, Dean Research, Dr. Lokesh Gambhir,Mrs.Anuradha Malla, Dr. Suneeta Singh. , Dr. A.K.Saxena, Dr. Hitendra Kumar, Dr. Deepak Som, Dr. Himanki Dabral, Dr. Girish Tiwari, Miss Shagun Gupta, Mrs. Megha Suman, Mr. Atul Nainwal, Mr. Sanjay Bamola were also present.
