On 30th September 2023, Waste warrior team representative Mr. Manish Bhakuni visited School of Pharmaceutical Sciences to motivate students about the concept of sustainable livelihood and services.

He sensitizes the students about operational aspects of Waste Warrior Society, a non-profit organization catalyzing systemic change to solve the waste management crisis of the Indian Himalayan Region. His explanation lies at the intersection of climate change, biodiversity habitat conservation, informal livelihoods, and policy and advocacy.
