Over 12 years experience in corporate and academics as a regular employee. Worked in national and regional dailies and taught in various colleges and universities as a regular and visiting faculty. I have observed that corporate experience is very much helpful in professional teaching programmes and also practical exposure of mass communication students while academic experience is useful to explain industrial expertness to the students in such a way that they can understand the industrial needs and develop themselves accordingly to face the challenges of the media world. Both industrial and academics experiences made me a better teacher who know what to teach, how to teach and up to what extent. I have attended many conferences, workshops and FDPs during my teaching career. At present 3 Ph. D. scholars are pursuing their research work under my supervision.
