Brief profile and Achievements:

Dr. Meenu has 16.3 years of teaching experience. Her research area includes Microwave assisted organic synthesis, Drug designing & development of new chemical entities (NCES) of natural scaffolds against Diabetes, TB & Cancer. She has Got young scientist award from 4th Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Congress,at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar 2009. She has Got the Research Excellence award during National Conference on “Expanding Women’s Role in Developing Technology increasing, Productivity, Improving Lives” sponsored by the National Commission for Women Govt of India, New Delhi in 2020. She is Joint Secretary of APTI Uttarakhand State Branch. She is IPR coordinator in Innovation and Incubation center of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. She is Qualified Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering, GATE Fellowship: 2004. She has accomplished by publishing 43 research papers in National and International journals. Attended 12 workshops and 18 conferences & 06 online conferences. She has published 3 books and 2 book chapters. She has published 14 patents in which 2 are granted. She has attended and present papers in many Seminars, Workshops and FDP’s at National & international level. She is Life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India & Indian Society of Analytical Scientists. She has supervised Twelve M. sc. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and six M. pharm students for their Project Work. She has Guiding One Ph.D student for their Project work. She is Member of Local Organizing committee in Seminar on Challenges & Issue in Pharmaceutical Sector in the Uttarakhandat Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission she is member of Local Organizing committee in National Seminar Cum Workshop on Ethnopharmacology and drug Discovery-Perspectives and Challengesat Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Technology & Science, Dehradun-248001 Uttarakhand on November 21-22, 2014. She is Member of Local Organizing committee in Uttarakhand’s 1st Colloquium “Pharmacist Practitioners and Pharmacovigilance- The Road Ahead” at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Technology & Science. She worked as a member in Innovation and incubation center of SGRR University organized National seminar on “Role of scientific and technical terminology in quality and innovative research education: A perspective to NEP-2020 held on 29-30th August 2022. She Worked as a convenor in Innovation and incubation center of SGRR University organized a seminar on the Topic: “Intellectual Property Rights and Public Policy Issues” held on 19th November 2022.
