As a nursing tutor, I had expressed my passion for teaching by incorporating features such as clinical assessments, practical application of theory, evaluation, and role modelling into advanced nursing practice, from previous experiences and current experience and clinical practicum to find success and gratification in students chosen profession as well empowering leaners to develop their own strengths, beliefs, and personal attributes to become a good professional.
I have attended more than 20 conferences, workshops, seminars including faculty development programs and organized various seminars and workshops during my graduation and post-graduation period. Also, I have taken training of one week from "Daksh" The National Skill Lab in Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi and Certified with BLS training by the Trained nurse’s association of India awarded with 2 credits (10 hours). I had published five publications in last 4 years. Moreover, I am passionate about further learning which enables me to remain competent in the teaching field.
