STUDENTS ADDED THE RHYTHM OF FOLK-FUSION IN DEEKSHAARAMBH

THOUSANDS OF FRESHER STUDENST OF DIFFERENT COURSES OF THE UNIVERSITY REJOICED AT THE CULTURAL PROGRAMMES
The Three Days ‘Deekshaarambh’ Progarmem of Shri Guru Ram Rai University concluded today amidst colourful presentations today on Saturday.
The programme was organized at eth auditorium of SGRRIM&HS. The message of blessings from the Chancellor, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj was recited for the students.
On Saturday, on the third and final day of the programme, the fresher students of School of Basic & Applied Sciences, school of Computer Application & IT and School of Pharmaceutical Sciences were warmly welcomed. The senior students gave admirable presentations of folk-fusion which was rejoiced very much by the fresher students.
Speaking over the occasion, Registrar, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri said that the students must feel free and comfortable to contact the relevant university officials to get solved their problems of any kind. He gave information about the various activities and administrative deptts. of the university to the students.
Co-ordinator, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dr. R.P. Singh, in his address, said that the university is committed to excel students in knowledge. He also highlighted the significance of social development, social engineering and moral values for the students. Chief Proctor, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Manoj Tiwari, while addressing the students said that every student has a dream and aims to achieve that dream. In making that dream turn into reality, SGRR University is firmly standing with them. He also urged the students to make their energy to achieve positive their goals, rather their energy flowing in a negative and destructive direction.
During the programme, Dean, School of Basic & Applied Sciences, Professor Arun Kumar, Dean, School of Computer Application and IT, Professor Parul Goyal, Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor, Divya Juyal gave detailed information about their respective schools to the fresher students.
Alumni of SGRR University, Brijesh Kumar, Rohit Singh, Ishant Anjum, Madhvi and Abhishek Singh shared their experiences with the students. They highlighted that how their courses done at the university assisted them in shaping their careers.
It’s worth mentioning that in this ‘Deekshaarambh’ programme that started from 03rd August 2023, on the first day, fresher students of School of Management and Commerce Studies, School of Agricultural Sciences, School of Yogic Science and Naturopathy were welcomed. While on the second day, 04th August 2023, fresher students of School of Humanities & Social Sciences, School of Education and School of Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences were welcomed. A total of around 2,000 students of nine schools of fresher students participated.
On the closing of the programme, SGRR University’s Dean, Academic, Kumud Saklani expressed deep gratitude towards university’s Chancellor, Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj, Vice Chancellor, Professor (Dr.) Yashbir Dewan, Registrar Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri and whole of management. The occasion was also marked by the auspicious presence of SGRR University’s Controller of Examination, Sanjay Sharma, Dean Research, Dr. Lokesh Gambhir, Dr. Deepak Som, Pradeep Semwal, Dr. Nisha Dhyani, Dr. Amardeep Chauhan, Dr. Manveer Singh Negi, Dr. Sunil Kishtwal,Dean and faculties of various schools and the fresher students of the university.
