She has completed her GNM and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing, Patel Nagar, and Dehradun. She worked as a Staff Nurse, ward incharge & Nursing tutor in various hospitals & Institutes, presently working as a nursing tutor in Sri Guru Ram Rai University. She organized various workshops, seminars, webinar, and health programmes.
