DAY 1 - (29 Sep 2023)
The programme started with Registration & Inauguration with lamp lighting by the dignitaries. The dignitaries are Dr.Ajay Kumar Khanduri, Registrar SGRRU,Mrs. Manisha Dhayani, Registrar, Uttarakhand Nurses & midwives council and all other competent authorities of SGRR University.
After lamp lighting ceremony welcome speech given by Dr. Prof.G. Ramalakshmi, Dean/Principal SGRRIM & HS College of Nursing, and the honourable guests were felicitated with shawl and mementowhich is followed by a Welcome Dance by Ms. Kritika M.Sc. (N) SHRISHTI & Jahanvi Negi B.Sc. (N) IIND Sem students.
Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri the Guest of Honor, spoke on the significance of the theme of National Conferencein his speech emphasized on the fact that nursing is a noble profession and the whole and focuses on quality improvement methods. After that Mrs. Manisha Dhayani, Registrar, Uttarakhand Nurses & midwives council provide her insight regarding the conference topic and appreciate the initiative by the SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing.
The presentation of MOU signed by SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing with two other Nursing Institutions, ES College of Nursing Villupuram, Tamil Nadu&Nootan College of Nursing Visnagar Gujratwere introduced by Mrs Blessy Cherian, Professor, SGRRIM & HS There were all the representatives of these three colleges were present during the MOU signing.
The commemorative Souvenir of SGRRIM&HS College of Nursing was launched by all the dignitaries.

After completion of the three sessions lunch was served to the Dignitaries, Speakers and delegates.
After lunch the scientific paper presentation session was started by Prof. Mrs. Dineshwori Chanu Paunam, SGRRU, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing. 5 participants presented the scientific paper presentation, judged by Jury members, Dr. Sanjay Sharma (Pokhriyal)& Dr. Malvika Kandpal.
DAY 2 (30/09/2023)
On the second day the programme was moderated By Mrs.Sheeba Philip Professor, SGRRU, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing& Mrs. Arti Negi, Nursing Tutor, SGRRU, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing.

After completion of all three session certificates were distributed to the Resource person, jury members, participants and delegates.More than 300 delegates of different states of India were participated in National conference. The programme was concluded with After cultural events, in which students of SGRRU, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing presented various culture of India. Finally,Ms. Ranjana Rawat, Nursing Tutor, SGRRU, SGRRIM&HS, College of Nursing has given vote of thanks to all the dignitaries and participants.
