Guest Lecture:

The guest lecture based on the topic “Angdan Mahadan” was delivered by Dr. Vivek Ruhila, and Dr. Divija Arora, SMIH. They highlighted the importance of Organ donation and the role of pharmacists in providing care for transplant recipients and creating awareness among the people regarding organ donation. The speakers also interacted with the students and answered their queries.

Poster Competition:

The poster and slogan writing competitions were held in the SPS ground floor corridor, in which students from different classes participated and displayed their creativity and knowledge on the Theme: Pharmacist strengthening health system - Angdan Mahadan. The posters were judged by eminent doctors, Dr. Vivek Ruhila, Associate Professor, Department of Nephrology, SMIH and Dr. Divija Arora, SR, Department of Ophthalmology, SMIH.

Awareness Rally:

The health awareness rally was conducted later on, in which Dean SPS, Prof. (Dr.) Divya Juyal, respective heads of departments, students, faculty members, and staff of the school participated. The rally started from the Patel Nagar campus to Pathri bagh campus of SGRRU. The participants carried placards and banners with slogans and messages to create awareness among the public about the need for organ donation to save the lives of people.
