With the Divine blessings of Shri Mahant Devendra Dass ji Maharaj and under the guidance of Vice chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Yashbir Dewan and Registrar  Dr. Ajay Kumar Khanduri Sir, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, SGRRU successfully organized PHARMA  ANVESHAN 2024 under the theme- 

“Leveraging Synergism: Industry- Academia Partnership for implementation of National Education Policy, 2020”. The celebration was sponsored by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi  to mark the 122nd Birth Anniversary of  Professor Mahadeva Lal Schroff, Father of Pharmacy Education in India. On the occasion of National Pharmacy Education Day (6 March 2024), invited Guest of Honour was Dr. Shivanand Patil, nominated Central Council member of  Pharmacy Council of India, by Government of Uttarakhand. Other invited guests were Sr. Manager & Executive Production manager from  Intas Pharmaceutical Ltd. and  Head ,QMS from Mankind pharma ltd. and MANY EMINENT PERSONALITIES from Pharmaceutical Industries and Academia.

The event was graced by Registrar, SGRRU, Prof. Divya Juyal, Dean SPS, Dr. Suman Vij, Dean IQAC and Dr. Lokesh Gambhir, Dean Research, Dr. Arun Kumar , Dean SBAS & Dr. Pooja jain, Dean, SMCS. 

Prof. Divya Juyal highlighted the remarkable contribution of Prof. M.L Schroff in the field of Pharmacy Education. Prof. Suman Vij. Director IQAC deliberated the importance of National Education policy in Pharmacy Curriculum. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Manish Mishra, Dr. Ashutosh Badola, Mr. Ajay Singh Bisht, Dr. Sudhakar Kaushik  and Mrs. Shaffi K. Tangri.
