Shri Guru Ram Rai University and Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission has taken a great initiative for the maternal power. SGRR Group has declared Menstruation Leave Policy. Generally the subject of leave to female employees is ignored. In such an atmosphere, this new initiative by SGRR Group is worth welcoming. With this order, now female faculties, staff and students of SGRR University and SGRR Education Mission will get menstruation leave. This menstruation leave will be paid leave. With this decision, SGRR has become the first institution in Uttarakhand to take the cognizance of the problem of maternal power.

Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission management has released circular making this decision into practice. Under this menstruation leave, the first day of menstruation has been declared as leave. SGRR Group management said that this type of leave will increase the work efficiency of the females thereby increasing their efficiency and motivation in work.
