To spread awareness among students and general public about harmful effects of Tobacco , School of Pharmaceutical Sciences , SGRR University took the initiative as a part of campaign led by World Health Organization (WHO). On 31 May 2024 students from School of Pharmaceutical Sciences took a pledge never to use, consume tobacco and its related products. The theme of 2024 was “Protecting children from Tobacco Industry Interference”. Dean, Dr. Divya Juyal, sensitize students about dangers of tobacco consumption and advocates to support strong tobacco control policies. Faculty members also adjoined the campaign to protect future generations from degrading effects of Tobacco.
