
On 14th February, the School of Education solemnly observed the anniversary of the Pulwama attack by paying homage to the brave martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation. The event was marked by deep reverence and patriotic fervour as students, faculty members, and staff gathered to honour the supreme sacrifice of the soldiers. Following the candle march, a two-minute silence was observed in honour of the fallen heroes. This moment of silence provided an opportunity for everyone present to reflect on the supreme sacrifices made by the brave soldiers and to express their solidarity with the families of the martyrs. The Dean of the School of Education addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of remembering and honouring the sacrifices of those who laid down their lives for the nation. Faculty members also shared their thoughts, encouraging students to uphold the values of patriotism and service. The event concluded with a pledge by the participants to contribute positively to society and to always remember the bravery and dedication of the Pulwama martyrs.
