Harela is a Hindu festival celebrated in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and in some regions of Himachal Pradesh.This symbolizes a new harvest and the rainy season. It has become a common practice to attribute a slogan of – "Save The Environment".This is a very difficult time for human life, if we do not take care of the environment even now, then destruction is certain. It is everyone's responsibility, we are responsible for the changes happening in the environment. On this auspicious occasion ncc girls cadets celebrated Harela in pathribagh campus on 19 July. Every cadet took oath to take care of their plant and every year they will celebrate this day. This small work will motivate the upcoming students.
Total 35 saplings were planted in agriculture land.It is a matter of great pride that this step has been taken.
