School of Pharmaceutical Sciences organized an industrial visit for the students to Uni Medico labs Co. for B.Pharm III yr. The visit was organized with the permission and guidance of Prof. Dr. Yashbir Dewan, Hon. Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Dr. Divya Juyal Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. On 30-09-2023 students of B.Pharm III yr, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences got a good opportunity to visit Uni Medico labs Co. one of the reputed Pharmaceutical industries. The purpose of this visit was to build up knowledge, expose students to an industrial environment, interact with company professionals, and build contacts for future career advancement.

Registered in 2013, India UNI MEDICO LABS has gained immense expertise in supplying & and trading of medicines, tablets, injections, etc. The supplier company is located in Selaqui, Sahaspur, Pharmacity Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and is one of the leading sellers of listed products. A total of 41 students along with 4 faculty members (Dr. Manish Mishra, Dr. Sudhakar Kaushik, Dr. Bhawana Bhatt and Dr. Jyoti Kalra) joined this industrial visit. 

Prof. Dr. Divya Juyal Dean, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences ascertained that Industrial visits provide hands-on experience and up-to-date information to the graduates who are about to enter the competitive job market.  She instructed the students to be disciplined and carefully observe the working in the industry and make the best out of this golden opportunity.
