STUDENTS GET MOTIVATION TO BECOME I.A.S. AFTER LISTENING TO ANSHUL BHATT
On Thursday, Uttarakhand’s son Anshul Bhatt (I.A.S.) interacted with the students of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. He bought laurels to Uttarakhand state by achieving 22nd rank on all India level in Union Public Service Commission’s Civil Services Examination. The students were very happy to find a young I.A.S. in among them. Anshul Bhatt shared his experiences and explained the success mantra to qualify the Civil Services Examination.
On Thursday, the motivational talk was organized at the auditorium of Shri Guru Ram Rai University. Vice Chancellor, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, welcomed Anshul Bhatt, the chief speaker of the programme. She said that every parents dream that their son or daughter becomes an I.A.S. officer. She said that the success of Anshul Bhatt exhibits that his untiring efforts lead to his achieving this grand success. She said that brilliant students like Anshul Bhatt are the role models for today’s youth.
It’s significant to mention that this success journey of Anshul Bhatt was very inspiring. He got his studies done from 10 different schools located in different cities like Pauri, Haridwar, Roorkee, Almora, Haldwani, Kashipur and Rudrapur. He scored 99% marks in Class XIIth examination.
He pursued his graduation from St. Stephens’ College of Delhi University where he also held various student representative posts.
Anshul Bhatt had a direct dialogue with the students. He shared his experience with the students and gave them tips for success in Civil Services Examination. He also shared his school days memoirs of the school time of Pauri Kandoliya. He said that getting selected for Civil Services is a big achievement. He said that now it’s his duty that he can perform commendable works for his state and country.
He said that limited resources are not the obstacles in the path of success. He guided that smart use of limited resources can lead to achieving best results. He said Dehradun, Delhi and metro cities are not the only places to prepare Civil Services. He said that anyone from far flung villages can achieve the task after setting suitable target. He also shared his aspiration and experience after achieving success. He said that he will like to call himself aspiring even after getting success.
He said that the aspirants of I.A.S. must be very much concerned about the syllabus. He guided that short notes must be prepared of significant topics. During the preparation of Civil Services Examination, instead of searching short cuts, the whole syllabus must be studied in detail. He said that the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda have always inspired him. This inspiration has always given him strength to achieve his goals. Over the occasion, students asked so many questions related to their careers. He satisfied all the queries of students in a very simple manner. Stage anchoring was done by Dr. Shreya Kotnala. Significant role was also played by Simran Aggarwal in making the programme a success.
The occasion was also marked by the auspicious presence of Dr. J.P. Pachauri, Advisor, Honourable President, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dr. Lokesh Gambhir, Registrar, Dr. Malvika Kandpal, Dr. R.P. Singh, Prof. Arun Kumar, Dr. Dwarika Prasad Maithani, Deans, faculty members and students of all the schools of Shri Guru Ram Rai University.
