Brief profile and Achievements:

Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh is currently working as Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Soil Science, School of Agricultural Sciences, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dr. Singh has more than 8 years of working experience in teaching, research and extension. He has Post graduated and also acquired Doctorate in Soil Science & Agril. Chemistry from N. D. University of Agriculture & Technology, Faizabad U.P. Dr. Singh is awarded as Vice- Chancellor Gold Medal in Soil Science in 2010. Dr Singh has 5 years of administrative experience as Head in Department of Soil Science, School of Agricultural Sciences, SGRRU, Dehradun. Dr. Singh successfully guided 08 students leading to PG degree. Dr. Singh has to his credit 06 research papers, 02 popular articles. Dr. Singh is handling one Hans Foundation Collaborative project for Organic Farming through Shivansh Composting.
