Dr. Sobha is currently working as Assisatnt Professor, Department of Seed Science and Technology, School of Agricultural Sciences, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dr. Sobha has 3.5 years of working experience in teaching, research and extension. One year teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Doon Pg. of Agriculture Science and Technology, Selaqui, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She has Post graduated and also acquired Doctorate in Seed Science and Technology from HNB Garhwal University (A Central University), Uttarakhand. Dr. Sobha has to her credit 8 research papers and 3 book chapters.
