Dr. Silky Arora

Brief Profile:

Dr. Silky Arora is a dedicated academician and psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology. She has been honored with various awards for her great work. In 2023, she received the Award of Excellence from the International Inner Wheel Club in recognition of her efforts in drug de-addiction and social service. In 2024, she was honoured by Yog Guruji Padam Shri Bharat Bhushan Ji and the Senior Citizen Welfare Society for her contributions to mental and spiritual health. With a strong academic background and a commitment to community empowerment, she has been an active participant in conferences, seminars, and training programs related to drug addiction, spirituality, mindfulness meditation, and positive psychology. She has published numerous research papers and articles in respected national and international journals on topics including positive psychology, supportive interventions, mindfulness, and meditation. Her initiatives in schools and communities focus on spirituality, lifestyle modifications, positive psychology, stress management and supportive interventions, furthering her commitment to mental health and the welfare of students and society. She actively collaborates with NGOs, including Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University and Inner Wheel Club to promote her cause.
