Award and Achievements:
Mrs. Smita completed B.Sc Nursing in the year of 2010 from Himalayan institute and hospital trust, Jolly Grant, Dehradun and M.Sc Nursing in the year of 2016 from state college of nursing Dehradun, and worked at post of staff nurse, Nursing tutor, Assistant lecturer, Lecturer, Assistant professor, in various institutions. Organized various workshops, seminars, conference and health programmes. And conducted various researches and guided both undergraduate and postgraduate students to conduct the research. Appointed as both internal and external examiner, and paper setter and paper evaluator of various universities and boards from diploma level to PG level. And also certified with the BLS course. Published own research papers in International Journal and guided various research projects on patient care and done publication in national and international journals. Done paper presented on a study to assess the level coping strategies among the infertility women at selected infertility clinic of Dehradun in a view to develop and informational booklet. Have a practical experience in various psychiatric institution such as CIP Ranchi, Jharkhand Institute of mental health and hospital, Agra.Vidyasagar mental hospital, Amritsar, Gwalior mansik arogya shala M.P
