The registration procedure involves some simple steps:

Collect the application form from the Institute office at the payment of Rs. 1000/-

Alternatively, one can download online application form. Fill the application form and along with the required documents send it to the address mentioned below with a demand draft of Rs. 1050/- in favour of SGRRITS, Dehradun

Application for admission, complete in all respects, should accompany the following: 

  • Copies of mark-sheet of the examinations passed.
  • Original T.C. from the Institution last attended.
  • Copy of High School Certificate.
  • Original Character Certificate from Principal of the Institution last attended.
  • Three spare copies of passport size photographs.
  • Copy of Address Proof
  • Copy of Domicile of Uttarakhand for students seeking admission by Uttarakhand Quota.
  • No objection certificate of the employer in case of candidates engaged in any job.

Admission Counselling

Physical presence is mandatory for successful candidates called at the time of admission counselling. Candidate must bring all the documents and the admission fee. Please note that in the absence of candidate, seat will be offered to the candidate next on the merit list.


  • Admission in the University are offered on the basis of rules framed by the relevant bodies of the University.
  • University admission forms are available online at or and also can be collected in person from College campus.
  • Completed application form has to be submitted with attested testimonials
  • After registration College will notify the applicants. Admission is strictly based on basis of merit. All candidates will have to clear a personal interview round.


Student fee will be refunded as per the University norms.


Ans. The admission process for PG and UG programs commences from May. Application forms will be available on payment of Rs.1,000. To apply one may:

Option 1: Apply online, Upload documents, Pay online.

Option 2: Purchase application form offline from College and submit to admission cell.

Ans. Incorrectly filled, incomplete and unsigned forms are rejected. Form once rejected will not be reconsidered and form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

Ans. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the examinations. Attendance of a student is calculated from the date of commencement of program or date of fee payment (whichever is later).

Ans. Girls hostel is available in college campus and boys Hostel is about 300 meters far from the college.Rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis and subject to their availability.
