Pharmacology deals with the study of drug action where the drug can be broadly used. Students study clinical and other basic sciences as related to pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, general and systematic pharmacology and recent advances in the course. Drugs can be defined as a natural or man-made molecule which exerts a physiological or biochemical effect on the organs of the living organisms. It also describes the effects of biologically active chemicals and explores drugs cause biological effects and its molecular mechanisms which help to gain knowledge of biological effects, therapeutic, chemical uses of drugs.
